Restorative Bodywork

Fix your frustrating aches and chronic discomfort! Assess and Address! Dive deep into identification of root causes and issues with program design utilizing advanced neuromuscular therapy and corrective exercise. Clinical/sports massage assessment, special orthopedic tests, clinical and medical massage applications including myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscle activation and active release techniques. Performed wearing lightweight form-fitting clothing.

Health Coaching

Better You Breakthrough is an introductory discovery session where we have a conversation about your health concerns and discuss strategies and next steps to help you reach your goals in implementing the changes you desire to achieve happier healthier living with less pain and more energy. Wendy S Wiseman

Helping the world have happier healthier humans! My business began in San Francisco in 2005 as Wizard of Change Wellness and rebranded in 2017 as Wiseman Integrative. Body by body, step by step I guide individuals and groups through overcoming discomfort and movement limitations, avoiding addictive prescriptions and expensive surgeries by integrating movement, meal, and mindset modifications for active aging and longevity. I believe it’s essential to invest in your health in order to enjoy a life full of joy, wellness, and satisfaction. It’s this belief that guides my approach. The focus at Wiseman Integrative is on helping clients improve their health and well-being, and learn tools to ensure they can maintain lasting lifestyle change and enjoy living their best life as vibrantly happy healthy humans.
